Some of my earliest memories are of getting the step stool out & helping my Mum bake when I was 3 years old; she would let me crack the eggs & lick the spoon!
Years later, that passion has developed from baking for my flatmates at home to baking professionally in cafés. Since moving to Edinburgh from New Zealand in 2007, I have thoroughly enjoyed sharing my Antipodean baking with the Scots.
